Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and internal databases
- Run first-level screening calls and capture structured notes
- Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed at every stage
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in the ATS
- Learn the technology landscape our clients hire for
Requirements
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience, or a strong graduate looking to start in talent
- Clear spoken and written English
- Genuine curiosity about technology and how software teams are built
- Organised and reliable with follow-ups and documentation
- Comfortable working to daily and weekly activity targets
Nice to Have
- Internship or exposure to an IT staffing environment
- Familiarity with an ATS or CRM tool
- Willingness to work partial overlap with North American hours
