Responsibilities
- Source and screen senior cloud, data and platform engineers at pace
- Build targeted talent maps for AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake and Databricks skills
- Manage candidate pipelines against weekly submission targets
- Coordinate interview loops across North American and Indian time zones
- Hand over warm pipelines cleanly at the end of the engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years sourcing technical talent, including cloud or data specialisms
- Proven ability to produce qualified pipeline quickly with minimal ramp-up
- Strong Boolean and outbound outreach skills
- Self-directed — comfortable owning your own targets
- Available for a six-month engagement starting promptly
Nice to Have
- Prior contract or RPO recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for migration or modernisation programmes
- Familiarity with contract-rate negotiation in the North American market
