Responsibilities
- Own onboarding, ramp-up and ongoing performance for placed engineers
- Run regular check-ins with both consultants and client managers
- Forecast bench capacity and upcoming demand with recruiting and sales
- Resolve delivery issues before they become renewal risks
- Drive extensions, conversions and account growth through delivery quality
Requirements
- 5+ years in delivery, account or resource management at a technology services firm
- Strong understanding of software delivery and engineering roles
- Comfort holding difficult conversations with clients and consultants alike
- Experience forecasting capacity and utilisation
- Excellent organisation across many concurrent placements
Nice to Have
- Background as an engineer, scrum master or technical project manager
- Experience with dedicated remote team or pod-based models
- Familiarity with PSA and resource-planning tooling
