Responsibilities
- Own the P&L, growth targets and margin performance of the India staffing business
- Set delivery strategy across staff augmentation, RPO and MSP engagements
- Build and lead the leadership layer: delivery managers, team leads and account managers
- Partner with North American sales leadership on capacity, pricing and new logos
- Define the hiring, training and retention model for a scaling recruitment organisation
Requirements
- 12+ years in staffing or talent services, with 5+ in senior leadership
- Demonstrated P&L or revenue ownership for a staffing business unit
- Experience scaling an India delivery centre supporting overseas clients
- Strong commercial judgement on pricing, margin and account economics
- Proven ability to build leaders, not just manage recruiters
Nice to Have
- Experience across both IT staffing and professional services delivery
- Background establishing RPO or MSP practices from scratch
- Exposure to North American client governance and compliance expectations
