Own end-to-end recruitment for US client requirements across contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement. You'll work North American shift hours with the delivery teams you support.

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for US client requirements
- Source through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter and referral networks
- Screen for technical fit, work authorisation and rate expectations
- Submit qualified profiles against tight client SLAs
- Negotiate rates and close candidates through to onboarding
Requirements
- 2–4 years of IT recruitment experience, ideally in US staffing
- Understanding of US work authorisation categories and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Strong Boolean sourcing and outreach skills
- Ability to hold a basic technical conversation about the roles you fill
- Willingness to work North American shift hours
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting cloud, data or full-stack engineers
- Familiarity with VMS portals and client submission processes
- Exposure to Canadian or European markets alongside the US
