Responsibilities
- Build and deploy ML and LLM-based systems into production operational workflows
- Evaluate AI use cases against data readiness and business value before committing to build
- Own model evaluation, monitoring, drift detection and retraining pipelines
- Work with client SMEs to encode domain rules alongside learned behaviour
- Document model behaviour and limitations for compliance and audit review
Requirements
- 5+ years in machine learning engineering with production deployments
- Strong Python and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Practical experience with LLM applications, retrieval and evaluation
- MLOps skills: containerisation, pipelines, model registries, monitoring
- Ability to explain trade-offs clearly to non-technical enterprise stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in insurance, banking or healthcare AI
- Background in document understanding or NLP at scale
- Familiarity with model governance and responsible-AI frameworks
