Responsibilities
- Manage requisition intake, distribution and submissions across VMS platforms
- Track compliance: background checks, right-to-work, insurance and rate cards
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for contingent workers
- Produce programme reporting on fill rates, SLAs and spend
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for client procurement teams
Requirements
- 3+ years in staffing operations, MSP or VMS programme coordination
- Hands-on experience with a VMS platform such as Fieldglass, Beeline or Coupa
- Strong attention to compliance detail and documentation
- Comfortable managing high requisition volume with tight SLAs
- Clear, professional communication with procurement and supplier contacts
Nice to Have
- Experience with contingent-workforce compliance in multiple US states
- Advanced Excel or reporting skills
- Background in a supplier-side staffing firm
