Responsibilities
- Lead product discovery with client executives and translate goals into technical scope
- Define roadmaps that sequence modernisation against live business operations
- Set success measures and hold delivery pods accountable to outcomes, not output
- Arbitrate scope and trade-offs between commercial commitments and engineering reality
- Mentor product managers across the practice
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management, including enterprise or platform products
- Track record leading multi-year modernisation or replatforming programmes
- Strong technical fluency — able to hold your own with senior architects
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
Nice to Have
- Domain depth in banking, insurance or healthcare
- Experience with ERP or CRM platform transformations
- Background in both product and delivery leadership roles
