Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product and delivery metrics across engagements
- Build dashboards and reporting that stakeholders actually use
- Run analyses on adoption, funnel behaviour and feature performance
- Instrument products for meaningful measurement alongside engineering
- Turn findings into clear recommendations for product managers and delivery leads
Requirements
- 3+ years in product, business or delivery analytics
- Strong SQL and comfort working with large, messy datasets
- Experience with BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar)
- Ability to frame a question, choose a method and defend the conclusion
- Clear written communication for non-technical audiences
Nice to Have
- Python or R for deeper statistical analysis
- Experience with product analytics platforms such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks environments
