Responsibilities
- Build and apply a framework for evaluating AI use cases against data readiness and value
- Own the roadmap for AI and automation engagements from pilot through production
- Define success criteria, guardrails and human-in-the-loop requirements with clients
- Work with ML engineers and data engineers to sequence dependencies realistically
- Set client expectations honestly on what current AI can and cannot do
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, with recent AI or automation delivery
- Strong grasp of ML and LLM capabilities and their practical limits
- Experience assessing data readiness and operational feasibility
- Ability to run credible conversations with both engineers and executives
- Comfort working in regulated environments with governance requirements
Nice to Have
- Background in process automation or operations transformation
- Experience with responsible-AI or model-governance frameworks
- Domain knowledge in insurance, banking or logistics
