Responsibilities
- Own delivery performance across multiple recruiting pods and client accounts
- Forecast capacity against incoming demand and reallocate resources accordingly
- Hold team leads accountable to SLA, quality and conversion targets
- Escalate and resolve delivery risks with account management and clients
- Build the coaching and career path that keeps strong recruiters from leaving
Requirements
- 8+ years in recruitment, including 4+ managing managers or team leads
- Proven delivery ownership across multiple concurrent client accounts
- Strong analytical command of recruitment funnel and capacity metrics
- Experience running an operating rhythm: forecasts, reviews, escalations
- Credibility with both client stakeholders and a large internal team
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling an offshore delivery centre
- Background in RPO or MSP delivery models
- Exposure to workforce planning and utilisation modelling
