Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design from research and flows through to production-ready UI
- Run discovery research with real operational users, not just stakeholders
- Build and maintain design systems shared across client engagements
- Partner closely with engineers on feasibility, states and edge cases
- Make accessibility a default part of every design decision
Requirements
- 6+ years designing complex B2B, SaaS or enterprise applications
- Portfolio showing systems thinking, not just screens
- Fluency in Figma and design-system practice
- Experience running user research and usability testing
- Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for regulated industries
- Familiarity with front-end constraints in React
- Background in service design or workflow mapping
