Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end RPO delivery for assigned enterprise clients
- Design hiring processes, scorecards and interview loops with client stakeholders
- Report on funnel health, time-to-fill, quality-of-hire and SLA performance
- Manage a sourcing team and allocate capacity against shifting demand
- Act as the trusted advisor when a client's hiring plan is unrealistic
Requirements
- 7+ years in talent acquisition, including RPO or agency delivery
- Experience owning client relationships and SLA-based reporting
- Strong track record hiring technical and professional roles at volume
- Data discipline: you manage pipelines with numbers, not intuition
- Excellent stakeholder communication at director and VP level
Nice to Have
- Experience implementing or migrating ATS platforms
- Background in employer branding or talent-market research
- Exposure to MSP or VMS staffing environments
