Responsibilities
- Own niche and senior technical requirements end to end
- Build talent maps and passive-candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill skills
- Run deep technical screens and write assessments delivery leads trust
- Advise hiring managers when a requirement is unrealistic for the market
- Coach associate and mid-level recruiters on sourcing and screening quality
Requirements
- 5+ years recruiting software and infrastructure engineers
- Proven success filling senior or niche technical roles
- Strong market intelligence on compensation and skill availability
- Confident pushing back on hiring managers with evidence
- Excellent candidate experience instincts
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for cloud, security or AI specialisms
- Background supporting both India and North America hiring
- Exposure to structured interviewing or scorecard design
