Lead a pod of six to eight recruiters while carrying a reduced desk of your own. Your job is to make the team's numbers, not just your own.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily allocation of requirements across a pod of recruiters
- Run pipeline reviews and unblock stalled requisitions
- Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening and closing technique
- Own team submission, interview and placement targets
- Carry a small personal desk on priority requirements
Requirements
- 6+ years in technical recruitment with at least 2 years leading a team
- Demonstrated ability to lift the performance of individual recruiters
- Strong grasp of recruitment metrics and where funnels break
- Calm under delivery pressure and competing client priorities
- Experience working with North American clients or shift timings
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling a team through a rapid hiring ramp
- Background in both permanent and contract staffing
- Familiarity with ATS reporting and dashboard design
