Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles across multiple disciplines
- Source actively rather than waiting on inbound applications
- Run structured screens that assess real technical depth, not keywords
- Partner with delivery leads to translate client demand into hiring plans
- Keep candidates informed and treated well throughout the process
Requirements
- 4+ years recruiting software engineers, ideally in services or consulting
- Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, GitHub and referral networks
- Ability to hold a credible technical conversation with senior engineers
- Experience managing multiple requisitions against tight delivery timelines
- Disciplined ATS hygiene and pipeline reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for cloud, data or security specialisms
- Background supporting North American clients from an offshore team
- Familiarity with staff augmentation and bench management models
