Responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines ahead of confirmed demand
- Run multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow and communities
- Produce talent maps and market intelligence reports for delivery and sales teams
- Test and improve outreach messaging against response-rate data
- Keep the candidate database clean, tagged and genuinely searchable
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical sourcing or research
- Advanced Boolean, X-ray and sourcing-tool proficiency
- Strong written outreach that gets replies from senior engineers
- Analytical approach to funnel metrics and messaging experiments
- Ability to work independently against pipeline targets
Nice to Have
- Experience with sourcing automation or CRM nurture tooling
- Background in market mapping or compensation benchmarking
- Interest in moving into full-cycle recruiting later
